What should I consider when choosing an individual health plan?
When selecting a health plan, consider factors such as cost (premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums), coverage options (including preventive care, emergency services, and prescription drugs), and network restrictions. Make sure the plan covers your preferred doctors and healthcare providers.
Can I switch health plans after open enrollment?
What are out-of-pocket maximums?
The out-of-pocket maximum is the most you’ll have to pay in a year for covered services. After you reach this amount, the plan covers 100% of the allowed amount for covered services. This includes deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance but not your monthly premium.
Is this ACA/Obamacare compliant?
Yes. This plan covers all of the essential health benefits that are required by the ACA. Below are the differences that might be different from plans in states like MA which have more coverage requirements than the rest of the country:

Can I only enroll in the health plan?
No. Plan enrollment is all – health, dental, vision, life – or nothing.
Are the rates the same for all ages and family size?
Yes. Whether you have 1 child or 10, you will pay the same family rate. The rates do not change based on age as well.
Does this plan require medical underwriting?
No. This plan is guaranteed issue and does not have pre-existing conditions and exclusions other than the below:
